The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. These ads help us keep the App free for all users.
Google AdMob may collect certain information to serve and personalize ads, including device identifiers, IP address, and general usage data. This data collection is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours. We do not have access to or control over data collected by AdMob.

The App uses your device's built-in text-to-speech (TTS) engine to read aloud letters, numbers, and shapes during gameplay. This feature operates entirely on your device using the operating system's native TTS capabilities. No audio data, voice recordings, or speech data is collected, stored, or transmitted.
Worm Out! is designed as a general audience puzzle game and is not directed at children. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including minors. The App contains no social features, no chat, no user-generated content, and no behavioral tracking or user profiling.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR apply to any personal data processed in connection with the App.
The App itself does not collect or transmit personal data. Advertising data processed by Google AdMob is governed by Google's privacy practices and is conditional on your consent, which we collect on first launch using the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer, Muhammet Özata, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App, your violation of any term of this Privacy Policy, or your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property or privacy right.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
